Manager – Talent Acquisition

Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. The platform deals with 20M+ impressions per day, real-time optimization algorithms, a scalable & intuitive analytics platform and more – all developed in-house. We are currently a 200+ people team; and growing extremely fast to gain more market share and roll out even cooler technology solutions in Digital Advertising space.

We are looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition to help us, scale up Sokrati’s hiring.

You’d fit right in, If you have:

  • B.Tech / B.Sc / B.E along with a master’s degree in Human management
  • A minimum experience of 6 years into recruitments.
  • Excellent communicating skills, both written and verbal
  • Hands on experience with end-to-end recruitment process, particularly in product / Internet / E-commerce companies
  • Excellent headhunting/ niche hiring and resource mapping skills.
  • An ability to be Self driven and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask under tight timelines.

@Sokrati you will:

  • Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, research, print media, networking and agencies
  • Screen applications; keep candidates updated on schedules, ensure required for offer are complete and work on HR data
  • Co-ordinate with the Hiring Mangers scheduling
  • Collaborate with recruiters/vendors to manage the hiring pipeline (from initial interviews till offer stage)
  • Ensure referrals are being interviewed as per TAT and feedback is being shared to the referrers
  • Build relationships with Business Partners in order to assess their needs and provide solutions. Interact effectively with all levels of employees, management, and Leadership
  • Provide technical expertise as a super user of Sokrati’s Applicant Tracking System and maintain accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system.
  • Work with the Core HR SPOC on areas such as Documentation
  • Maintain various trackers and databases
  • Analyze metrics and initiate research on best practices and benchmarks as input to designing and implementing recruiting
